Bridge Group
We love tricks!
Welcome to Bridge, a 4-player, 2 partnership trick-taking card game with a language all its own. Bridge is a game of strategy, memory and teamwork; anyone with an understanding of how to play is welcome to join. There are currently two full tables of enthusiastic players, and we are working on building a third group.
The group gathers at a local restaurant on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month. There is a $2.25 buy-in, and winners receive cash prizes. The group begins at 10:30am playing one full game before breaking for lunch (lunch at players’ expense). After lunch play is resumed, ending no later than 3:00 pm.

"Bridge has been a wonderful avenue for meeting so many lovely and kind ladies, and I genuinely enjoy the camaraderie and friendships that have grown through these games. I am very thankful to the Newcomers Club for providing opportunities not only through bridge, but also through mahjong, Hand and Foot, and other activities that bring ladies together.
