Join us on October 1 for a fascinating look at the artistic side of one of Granbury’s best-known veterinarians, Dr. Scott Meyers.
When he isn’t caring for local animals, Dr. Meyers creates remarkable portrait sculptures, Western art, and expressive drawings. His deep understanding of anatomy brings exceptional realism and vitality to his portraiture.

Dr. Meyers studied sculpture in Italy,
with a focus on the artistic traditions
of Tuscany. In 1994, he was elected to the National Sculpture Society. Today, he is perhaps best known for creating 28 portrait busts for the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.
During this special program, Dr. Meyers will take us inside his creative process and share how unexpected opportunities have shaped his life and artistic journey.
